Procurement

The procurement services unit of the Legal Register Centre (LRC) is responsible for ICT procurements in the administrative branch of the Ministry of Justice and for the Legal Register Centre’s own public procurements. In the procurement process, the unit works in close cooperation with other LRC units and cooperates with clients and the Government ICT Centre Valtori.

The unit monitors the implementation of procurements and compliance with contracts. It is also responsible for strategic supplier management in the agency.

Procurement services are part of stakeholder services at LRC. The unit is headed by Procurement Manager Jenni Lehtola. You may contact the procurement services by email at ork_hankinnat@om.fi.

Tendering calendar

The tendering calendar shows the tenders planned in the LRC. The calendar is indicative, and the information presented therein is not binding on the LRC.

The contract notices published by LRC and invitations to market dialogues are available in the public procurement service Hilma. Some competitive tendering may be implemented as a light tendering process within the Hansel DPS or a framework agreement, in which case it is only published to the participating tenderers.
