The price of ex­tracts from the crim­i­nal records or­dered through the elec­tronic ser­vice will be re­duced at the be­gin­ning of 2023

The price of ex­tracts from the crim­i­nal records or­dered through the Le­gal Reg­is­ter Cen­tre’s elec­tronic ser­vice will be 6 eu­ros from the be­gin­ning of 2023. The cur­rent price of an ex­tract from the crim­i­nal records is 12 eu­ros.

The new, lower price only ap­plies to ex­tracts from the crim­i­nal records or­dered through the elec­tronic ser­vice from the be­gin­ning of 2023, so we rec­om­mend wait­ing un­til the start of the new year to or­der the ex­tracts if the mat­ter is not ur­gent.

The price change does not ap­ply to ex­tracts from the crim­i­nal records or­dered by email or post, which will still cost 12 eu­ros. Nei­ther does the price change ap­ply to ex­tracts ap­plied for by the au­thor­i­ties.

The price change is based on the De­cree of the Min­istry of Jus­tice on the Fees Charged by Au­thor­i­ties in Cer­tain Ad­min­is­tra­tive Branches in 2023–2024 (988/​​2022).
