Applications
If you are unable to use the LRC’s electronic service, you can find PDF versions of the application forms on this page, for example for payment time applications.
The LRC’s electronic service is a quick and easy way to take care of your business.
In the electronic service, you can:
- order extracts from various registers (such as the criminal records);
- view the fines and penalties imposed on you;
- apply for more payment time for fines and other penalties; and
- order a balance statement on your outstanding penalties in enforcement.
You will also be able to view the extracts you have ordered in the electronic service immediately when they have been completed. You can print them for your own use from the service.
The PDF forms can be completed electronically or printed
If you are unable to use the electronic service, use the LRC’s application forms (PDF). The forms are listed below by subject. Complete the form carefully and send it to us in the manner specified in the form’s instructions.
Save the application form on your device and complete it with a PDF editor. We recommend using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Other applications will not necessarily support all of the form’s features. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free online.
