Accessibility statement

Oikeusrekisterikeskus.fi was revamped in September 2025. The website is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. Under the Act, public online services must be accessible, which means that everyone must have equal access to them.

This accessibility statement concerns the website Oikeusrekisterikeskus.fi. This statement describes the website accessibility status and provides information on how you can give us feedback on the accessibility of the service.

Accessibility status

The accessibility of this digital service was assessed by an external expert. We have assessed the accessibility of the content of the service ourselves. The website conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria as required by the Act.

However, the website contains files and sections that do not meet the legal criteria. These include:

• Deficiencies in the accessibility of PDF files
• Deficiencies in the accessibility of the Public Notices Register page. Corrections to the Public Notices Register will be implemented as a separate technical and content-based solution as part of the renewal of the publishing system during 2025.

We take accessibility into account when producing content and developing the website. In addition, accessibility is assessed through regular audits.

If your feedback concerns the activities of some other judicial authority, the Ministry of Justice will forward it to the right recipient in compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act.

If you notice any accessibility issues on the website, first send feedback to the site administrator. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for a reply to be sent to you. If you are not satisfied with the reply, or if you do not receive any response within two weeks, you may report this to the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom.
