Prohibition to pursue a business

The prohibition to pursue a business is provided in the Act on the Prohibition to Pursue a Business. A prohibition to pursue a business may be imposed in order to prevent inappropriate and harmful business practices and to maintain trust in the business sector. A prohibition to pursue a business may be imposed for a minimum of three years and for a maximum of seven years.
